# General Changes

* Kafra Teleport Service fee has been increased by 2x
* Death Penalty has been adjusted to 20%
* MVP Maps are now in PvP Mode
* Anti Portal MVP Feature
  * MVP will teleport immediately when it's 7 cells around portals
* Loot Obtainability
  * Increase Loot Obtainability for others' loot to 45 seconds
  * Increase Loot Duration to 1 minute 30 seconds upon dropping
* Drop Rate Cap has been set to 50%
* All Monster Drop Rates has been adjusted
  * This has been made to make the server long term
* All Selling Price has been adjusted
  * This hsa been made to make the server long term
* Vending Tax is set to 5%
* Zeny Trading Tax is set to 5%
* Banking System has been disabled
* All Dropped Cards now has announcement
* Refinements now has announcement
